Artist Bio Tim Brill (Boulder, CO) Photographer |
||||
Bio in a nutshell: After too many years chasing the filthy lucre in NYC, I moved out west, picked up my camera again and started shooting. I do traditional B&W darkroom work and I’m often attracted to urban and rural decay (as well as rodeos) as subject matter. Origins: Age 6. Woolworth’s NYC. Velvet Elvis. The journey begins………… Influences: Jackson Pollock, Wynn Bullock, Art Sinsabaugh, Ansel Adams... Parting words? Please identify yourselves and the asylums to which you have been committed. |
